Shemekia, along with Alligator Record label mate Toronzo Cannon, will be the featured performers at this year’s 93XRT Blues Breakers Blues Fest Broadcast live from Buddy Guy’s Legends on Thursday, June 9th from 6 to 7:30 PM CT.
Hosted by 93XRT’s Tom Marker, this special event takes place on the eve of the Chicago Blues Festival. Admission to the event is free for blues fans 21 and older on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who are not able to attend can tune in to 93.1FM or stream the broadcast live at wxrt.cbslocal.com.
